Salty-Sweet Cashew Bar: Whole cashew nuts are covered in a meringue of fleur de sel and pure cane sugar, roasted to golden brown perfection and combined with our remarkably rich milk chocolate.
Toffee Coffee Bar: Our fresh almond toffee is cooked in copper kettles, cooled and broken into large chunks and combined with locally-roasted coffee beans and our dark milk chocolate.
Salty-Sweet Hazelnut Bar: Whole Oregon hazelnuts are covered in a meringue of fleur de sel and pure cane sugar, roasted to golden brown perfection and combined with our rich bittersweet chocolate.
