• Returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.

• Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Item(s) cannot be worn or used and must be in resalable condition.

• Shipping charges are not refundable.

• All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment or to a Cavallo Point Gift Card.

• Gift returns may be exchanged or applied to a Cavallo Point Gift Card within 14 days of receipt.

• Gift Cards are non-refundable or redeemable for cash.

• Customized and art gallery items are not returnable.
