We want you to be pleased with your shopping experience at ShopCavalloPoint.com. If you're not happy with the item you received, we will gladly assist you with a return or exchange of merchandise.
Please review the following guidelines:
Email us at eshop@cavallopoint.com and provide a description of the item you'd like to return and the reason. We will respond within 24 hours Monday through Friday with instructions for your return.
Returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Item(s) cannot be worn or used and must be in resalable condition.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment or to a Cavallo Point Gift Card.
Gift returns may be exchanged or applied to a Cavallo Point Gift Card within 14 days of receipt.
Gift Cards are non-refundable or redeemable for cash.
Customized and art gallery items are not returnable.
