The muscle balm is a base of olive oil and beeswax blended with menthol crystals.

Essential oils are ginger, nutmeg, black pepper, spearmint, peppermint, juniper, sweet marjoram and arnica.

The arnica is helpful for healing soft tissue and anti-inflammatory. The warming oils of ginger, nutmeg, black pepper and clove will support muscle discomfort while the cooling of menthol, peppermint and spearmint bring the cooling effect.
